Our Matwork Pilates Classes run for 1 hour and include a variety of exercises to strengthen and mobilise the body.
Each class is performed on a mat, incorporating a variety of small equipment. We provide base layer mats, Pilates Circles and Foam Rollers for your use. We also have Chi Balls, Theraband and Pilates Socks available for you to purchase your own.
Each class is only $20! Book a regular spot in our classes by purchasing a card of 5 classes for $100, or 10 classes for $200. Once you have purchased your card, your spot in our weekly class is secure.
An inital assessment is undertaken prior to commencing your first class. This may be done on the day for those with recent Pilates experience. However, in most cases we recommend a private 1:1 inital assessment. This can be booked for only $70, giving you 45-60 minutes with one of our instructors to teach you safe technique and answer any questions. We limit our classes to a maximum of 10 people, so you can be sure you're getting personalised care.
Meet our friendly team who will guide you along on your fitness journey and help you to love Pilates as much as we do!
